They are amazing here! The service was exceptional. They walked us through the different options and explained everything in wonderful detail. They came out to the house to make sure they would fit! Because we bought a washer and dryer pair they did the installation for free! I am definitely going back when we are ready to upgrade our other appliances.

I have used them for years to repair my appliances (oven, clothes dryer, dishwasher). Very professional and very helpful! Honest quote with what is wrong and best fix for your money. New showroom is A LOT nicer and great selection (prices are comparable or better than home depot – and better service) Highly recommend!

Liz you are rude and unprofessional. Am I not a valued customer because my property manager is paying for the services? The job should have been done by now. Either you want to do the job or not. If I were paying for the service, I would have already went somewhere else. It is difficult to get appointments because for some reason you are always booked. I have to assume it is because you are putting me on the end of the list because I am not paying for the service. The process has been seriously slowed because of the miscommunication between you and the Hinkens Group (Julianna). Juliana has blamed everything on you. I have the emails to prove it. Your installers are great, but as for everything else I am not satisfied with your services and how you speak to me. If it were up to me I would let you keep the dishwasher. I will not be recommending you to anyone.
