For my first time shopping in the store this is one of the most horrible Citi trends that I’ve ever been in the manager is rude disrespectful impatient and a liar. I will say the store to a very clean though. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come in here. I tried to bring items back. I first explain that I did not receive my receipt because I didn’t get one. I was supposed to have an exchange and refund instead of exchange she charge me for the items and gave me back a lesser value before telling me I did not buy the items. after Several back and forth she complained then found my receipt in the register when I told her the exact time as well as the amount I paid in cash
