I bought a Topo Chico here, but they did not have a bottle opener (maybe shouldn’t have bottled sodas or water if can’t open for customers). I then asked to exchange for the plastic bottle and she said it would be a different price so would have to refund my card and recharge. I brought to her attention that it was the same price with tax. Her response was put your card in machine. Poor customer service.
