Me being almost a daily customer at this location and never had a problem with any of the clerks until I made a visit to this location on 5/9/21 between 8 and 8 pm. The clerk had the store closed due to a sign stating “restroom break and will return in 5 mins. After 10 minutes elapsed. The clerk was observed by me and witness walking around the store and cleaning behind the counter. A line customers had build up and she decided to approach the door and pointed in a unprofessional manner to look at the sign. When she decided to open the door I stated it’s been way over the notes signed. When I stated I will will reach out to the regional manager to report her behavior she became very rude and attempted to refuse service to me and called the police. As I walked out fully from the store she followed me and called me the “n” word. When the police arrived they talked to her and me including the witness who was parked outside confirmed she was very rude and used the racial to me. I’ve contacted cooperate and awaiting an response. This employee has no business being employed especially represented Circle K.

Very rude manager, and employees. My boss had a problem with the manager, the women with glasses which is the manager didn’t give my boss his change back and told him he only paid 5 dollars in cash which was not true and there were witnesses saying they saw him pay with 20 dollar bill. She made a huge deal about the incident and we tried to get her bosses number and she threw the paper with her bosses number at us. Very rude and mean workers there.
