I ordered 45$ worth of food on Mother’s Day for my family and the chicken was burnt the biscuits burnt and hard as rocks! Went to tell the manager for a refund and got screamed at then called the cops on me !! Please don’t go to this place if you want fresh food! I do NOT recommend!!!! Go to another church’s if you want fresh food

I hadn’t been to a Church’s chicken in many many years so I thought why not. The dining area was clean but it was so cold, the frozen chicken could have been stored there. When we got our order, the chicken was neither crispy nor hot. The same with the fries and okra. I can only assume that the ice machine was broken because we were only given a few cubes in each cup, but perhaps the cold dining area is kept that cold to disguise that situation. One order was incorrect and had a paper baggie with two, yes, two fries in it. There were no napkins for our cold, greasy fingers. So sadly, I must say, it will most likely be another 10 years before I try this childhood favorite again.

Good food. Chicken is greasy on the inside. Biscuits were hard. Make sure you have everything before leaving.
