Very inconsistent quality. We’ve been doing business with them for morethan 20 years and they’re disappointing more often than not. When we got food there yesterday, the food was okay, but the 3 piece meal we paid for only had 2 pieces. It’s always something. I prefer church’s chicken to other fast food places, but we’ll probably go back to not eating fried chicken for a good while one more time.

Nasty! I went by today and ordered 2 family size cole slaw and a family size green beans. I got only 1/2 way fills on all three. See pictures That’s crazy. I can put one in the other to make a full one! Then I found a curly BLACK HAIR on the bottom side of the cup! This place is a disgrace to the name “Church’s Chicken”! Will be complaining to their area or regional supervisor.

The wait. My God, the wait! At first I was annoyed. After parking to wait for my order, I started looking around & slowly realized that the cars that were parked here when I pulled up to the drive thru line were just getting there food. But were actually smiling? So, I put my zero patience side of me on hold for the duration of my wait. Well, I need to apologise for my impatience & tell the staff at Church’s Chicken that the wait I spoke of earlier…. Worth every second! Fantastic! Absolutely the best I’ve had in the south! You people actually care & it shows.One gripe, mashed potatoes need to have a little more of a mashed texture than a pureed texture. But, that’s also my opinion. Keep it up!
