I gave him what i wanted, told him what i can afford, and he made it happen. Didn’t try to persuade me in anything else, just gave me exactly what I wanted. Took my Gladiator in for routine maintenance. I was treated very professionally (even though I didn’t buy it there). Joey H. went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed during the process. He informed me that it needed a couple factory software updates (I had no idea) and a few other minor things he discovered. Best place I’ve taken my jeeps. I’ve spent north of $35k on upgrades and maintenance with them. They do it right the 1st time. Only person I deal with is John Caleb Wilson. He is super knowledgeable, very trustworthy and a jeep whisper. Best customer service I’ve every had with a mechanic. John and Dodge City of McKenney is the ony place my 3 jeeps will be going!
