I want to start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I am a big fan of the fajita veggies. I asked for them and the young lady said they didn’t have any. As I got down to the salsa I thought to ask whether they stopped offering them. She then indicated that they needed to be cooked. She didn’t suggest that I could wait for them. If someone expresses that degree of interest maybe try to show a smidgen of customer service to accommodate them. It wasn’t crowded so I didn’t really understand….but even without my veggies my taco salad was decent.

I ordered a burrito from the website with extra corn salsa. The burrito came with no corn salsa. It was also 20 minutes after the promised time. I waited there the entire time. Watching the line move, it would have been about 10 minutes quicker not to have preordered. It would have been longer if two other people and I had not gone up and asked where our food was.
