We placed an online order. Had never done so before, and my husband went in unaware of the pickup shelves. He discovered the pickup shelves once inside, but wasn’t sure the order was his. Went and waited (masked up) in the back of store to be courteous. Employee at the time asked rudely if she could help, he explained his confusion. Another worker audibly disgruntled, walked over, and said, UGH I literally just put it there. Not the biggest deal, but come on, grow up. My husband was in no way rude or abrasive or hindered their work. Complain about customers after they leave, like the rest of the world. More annoying than anything. Student workers, amirite?

I love the Burrito Bowls from Chipotle, but I have to give this location 4 stars because of customer service. How about a smile? Wouldn’t hurt.

The steak in my bowl was SUPER TENDER and so EXCEPTIONAL and EXCELLENTLY prepared. It was the best that I have ever had and I eat at Chipotle restaurants all over the country. It was not overcooked even a little and it was so tasty. I happened to have ordered double steak on this bowl and I was SO GLAD, because it was truly a joy to eat. I even had to call the restaurant and talk to the manager to tell him how FANTASTIC it was. Whomever prepared today’s steak (and of course the whole team there at that Chipotle) deserves to be acknowledged for their great job!
