The food itself is solidly above average for Chipotle (which in turn is above the fast food average, as low as that might be across the board), but the wait times are so insanely slow that I can’t help but dock this place a star. The lines are consistently long during the lunch rush, and even if you order ahead hours before you pick up your food will not be ready by anywhere close to the expected time. This is super-annoying behavior for any restaurant but especially bad for a fast casual place, which is why I would go elsewhere for a better service experience and the same quality of food. Value is okay though, so it’s worth going for that.

Chipotle on Austin Street, how do you give out a bad side of guac… Are you not using your EYES to see that the guac is BROWN?… that means this guac definitely wasn’t made today…Bad guac, rusty piece of lettuce in burrito, and just bad quality control overall.

Consistently gets orders wrong and missing items, 5 times in a row. Whether you’re ordering via Seamless or via their mobile app, they somehow manage to get things wrong. The amount of money they refunded must be epic. I’d love to know who this store manager is and how they manage to bungle the experience every single time. Someone should notify their corporate offices about this location.
