The service started out great. The server greeted us,and offered us our drinks and appetizers. From there it went downhill. The customers aside from us were treated more attentively than my friend and I. My drink was incorrect, and our side order of guacamole arrived after we finished our chips. I asked for extra chips and was charged. I strive myself on customer service especially in my line of work. I will never return. Thank you

Ordered Southwest Chipotle bowl and Spicy shrimp Tacos!!Received Cold southwest bowl, no greens, and received chicken instead of shrimp and that chicken is half cooked!This is not the first time that something like this happened with Chili’s. I’m writing this because of the worst service I received Many times in the past and today! Way to go down

Waitress was great. Food arrived and shrimp tacos were cold. Rice was cold, back beans were cold.Took over 40 minutes to arrive. Tqco was good but cold. Asked waitress if that’s how they come? and she replied yes. Sent food back…No one else came to ask what can we do, nothing!
