So Today 4/2021 I decided to get Dinner at Chili’s. I decided to do Curbside pick up. Went to pick up my Order and when I made it Home I found, Crunchy tough Baby Back Ribs and A very overcooked burned Steak. This was A first for me as I absolutely love Chili’s. So I called and spoke with A Manager, who was extremely polite and professional. We agreed that I would come and let them remake my Family’s Dinner. Needed to be there in 20 Minutes, I was hungry that’s the only reason I returned. Sadly they got it wrong again Steak was dry and overcooked again, Ribs were A little better. To make A long Story short the Cook they’ve got there Today Sunday April 25 needs to be replaced. I’m out 34 Bucks, but the Cheesecake and Loaded Mashed Potatoes were good. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Server was very sweet and checked on us multiple times. The food was very good. It came out hot and fresh. They were definitely up to par on their COVID restrictions and all staff members had on their masks.

Went in to eat, everyone still Covid Freaked. The told me to use the scanner on my phone to bring up a menu. After about 15 minutes of trying to get it to open without a waiter even walking by, (they were Not Busy!) we left. Clear Springs was AMAZING! GREAT FOOD, OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND REAL MENU!
