UPDATE!!!: Found a crack in the frame and got rid of vehicle. DON’T PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIPI bought a 2004 Ford Sport Trac from them. They were awesome in financing me with barely any credit, but that’s about it. I’ve had problems with the truck ever since. They sold me the truck with the ABS light on and with the whole damn sound system stripped out. but fixed the ABS light and I decided to get speakers. Three months later the air bag light came on, check engine light is on, I had to get new tires because they had the wrong size on the truck, plus one went flat. Now I need to get a hub assembly and an alignment, it’s ridiculous! All in all, I think they are okay people trying to do right but they definitely need to up their quality of vehicles and they need to check vehicles and fix them before selling them. Advice to other people; look towards other dealerships.

If I could give 0 stars I would. He financed a car with over 300,000 miles and when my family purchased it the odemeter read a little over 112000 miles. Long story short, the car had an issue and a piece fell off me and my two year old daughter were caught in a car fire. Turns out the finance company he used declined the loan since the car had over 300,000 miles, now we can’t even get compensation for the vehicle since Chico is refusing to sign the check
