It was time for me to finally pop the question and look for an engagement ring. I knew what my fiancé wanted and so I reached out to Chateau via email and Gary immediately responded the next day. He called me and we set up an appointment. I provided him with a “bare-boned” written description of the ring and he sat with me for close to an hour looking over the different rings. He also gave me a crash course on all the elements that factor into the perfect diamond ring. He was able to have the ring ready in less than two weeks, and called me twice to update me on its progress. Just spectacular customer service and the ring was amazing. My fiancé loved it and told me it was the perfect ring and exactly what she wanted. Just an overall amazing experience and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Can’t say enough about Gary and the staff at Chateau. Time and time again he has taken care of us. They have treated me like family. The finest quality of gems and custom made pieces you can purchase along with any finest watches in the world. I can’t say enough about their fair prices and customer service. I have sent plenty of friends there to purchase engagement rings. Mina was the kindest person I ever met.
