Angel helped me with finesse. I am a noob (just bought my first bike 2 weeks ago) and he had no problem with treating me like I was a member of the family. His customer service was on point, answering ever single question asked without attitude or hesitation. I looked a little different than most people there and I did not get weird vibes from him at all. The store was very neat and we’ll planned out with product placement. The employees were very nice. Great and friendly customer service. Went in looking for gloves and a handful of employees ended up helping me and helped me order some from customer service to get the sale price and not pay shipping by having them shipped to the store. Been coming here for years and still the best dealership in the IE!

Kudos to Bill, one of the managers, who listened patiently to our problem regarding a previous purchase that did not go well.
