Outstanding service at this Chanel store. Right when you walk in, the sales people are so friendly and nice. There is currently a waiting list to enter the store, but it is definitely worth the wait. Deborah McCorkle helped me in the shoe department and she was so friendly and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond at this location and make your shopping experience a memorable one.

really bad customer service. SA is not helpful at all. She kept asking me “do you like it or not?” rather than helping me to find a one that I like. I ended up going to a different boutique and the SA there provided me much more information/ product list that I can buy/ put my name on the waitlist. Don’t waste your time in this store!
