This store is so beautiful and big! I was visiting my friend from Bay Area and decided to drop by and check out the store and I’m just blown away. They have a lot of inventory and Kerri who was helping me was about to help reserve a bag as well as some shoes that I was looking for. She’s so amazing and very sweet. We were able to have a natural conversation. I love SA who can hold a conversation beyond just a small talk. I wish I lived closer so that I can come back here all the time!

Staff including Manager (Audrey) are extremely unprofessional at this location. They don’t answer their phones. When shopping at a high end boutique and especially when making a large $$ purchase the boutique should expedite shipping. Hermes store policy ships anything and everything via 2 day shipping. Purchases from here takes over two weeks to arrive and then if you need to return they don’t return if you need to because you’ve passed the 14day return policy.
