There were 3 guys in the store when I came in and no one asked if I needed help. But when my husband walked in they were ready to help him. Even though the shoes I really wanted were at champs I’d rather go somewhere else then deal with poor customer service.

Worst customer service EVER!! We walked in the store and it’s two young ladies at the front of the store. A female worker was playing with another male (staff). We looked around for a few minutes or so.. Some walked from the back of the store to see if we needed anything.. ( she only asked because I kept making eye contact with her) . The service is RIDICULOUS!!! Its shopping season ( Christmas) you would think they wanted to make money.. 5 staff members on the floor and no one spoke..

Very nice shopping experience. The employees are courteous and go out of their way to meet the customer’s need. Destiny helped to get a pair of shoes expedited from another store for me to be able to get my daughter the one thing she wanted for Christmas. Thank you Destiny.
