Order sneakers and had delivered to the store and they never showed up. Called customer service they won’t ship another pair out to the store. I also told in order for me to get refund I had go back to the store they won’t save the inconvenience of having to driving to the store

I would say this is the worst champs I have ever been to. The staff wasn’t busy but they were just laughing with their coworkers. Nobody even cared to help us they were having to much fun.
