I am absolutely disgusted that I was sold a pair of used sneakers. Jokes on me for knowing what I wanted and my size right ? Wrong, because no one should treat customers like this especially, since I’m constantly shopping at champs with my family. When I say used ppl, I mean worn with smudges of dirt, creases and no attempt to hide it either ♀️ I’m calling corporate just so I can report this store. They lost a great customer

Customer service is on life support at this location. I went in on 1/25/21 shortly after they opened….The gentleman on the floor was nice nd helped me right away but didn’t offer any more help other than getting me the sizes I asked for. Then we have the Cashier…..She didn’t say not a word to me bc she was too busy having a full blown conversation on her ear buds! I used to work for this company for many years nd am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service that was shown. Guess it’s good I walked out on them when I worked there bc I would have wanted no parts of the way they treat their customers now
