I walked onto the lot looking for a specific car and they didn’t have it. But Sammy asked why I was after that car and I went through our needs. He set me up with a different ride that met all of my criteria just as well. I hadn’t considered the model before because it wasn’t the brand I was used to, but I love the car he recommended. I got a really great deal and they delivered it for me.Another detail I wanted to point out: I took the car in to be serviced the week I bought it at my mechanic. Sammy had said he serviced it, but I wanted to just have everything looked at again for my own comfort. I asked my mechanic to change the cabin and air filter so the car would be that much more neat and clean. My mechanic called me and said the filters had already been changed and looked like they were only a day old, with nothing in them even with all the smoke in the air. The fact that Sammy changed the cabin filter, which is a very optional piece to look at during a service, demonstrated that he cared about the sale, even after it was closed.I will for sure see them again for my next car purchase.
