The staff are very nice and helpful. But there is, I feel, a bit of the shaming business going. I will explain. There are a lot of choices for your pet. Most of those choices are quite expensive, some are very expensive. If you ask for something they don’t carry especially a cheaper product you may get the old We don’t have that. We only carry quality products That sort of thing. We are not all rich pet owners. I don’t like the elitist attitude when it happens, but to be fair most staff are very nice and helpful. The prices however are exhorbitant!
