The staff is always super friendly and more than willing to answer questions and give suggestions on new foods for my fur baby. Who has become very picky about what she eat lately. And the prices are way better then at those other pet stores. Plus there’s always a sale going on pet food. Just a little pro tip sign up for their emails so you know when a good time to shop is coming up!

I was having *a day* . My cat was sick and then peed through her carrier and into the seat of my new car on the way to the vet… and traffic. Always traffic. I went to pet store across the street, after dropping my poor baby off. They were disorganized & the staff wasn’t helpful. They didn’t have a disposable cat carrier. My only option was to purchase one for $89.99. I searched for another nearby pet store and Centinela Pet & Feed came up. I know I just needed a disposable cat carrier, but here’s what they got right: they had it in stock and pre-assembled; bright, clean & organized store, excellent & thoughtful customer service.
