Passing through on a time crunch, Chris the mechanic hooked me up, no wait time.

It’s nice the owner is a friend of mine, but that doesn’t change the bike shop!

Great bike shop! And if your bike is running, well it’s just a great place to ride to just to hang out. It’s nice the owner is a friend of mine, but that doesn’t change the bike shop!

Brought my softail in for a badly needed tune up, was 100% satisfied with the results! Scott is an all around great guy, fully professional and really knows his stuff. Shot me straight with some repairs and upgrades I needed and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to get it done. Got my bike back running like new. Good, honest mechanics are not easy to find, I highly recommend Celtic and definitely will be using them in the future 5 stars

If you want your bike to be a antique bring it here, he kept my bike for close to 16 months. I have the bike in my living room now needing a new starter after only driving it 4 miles since I got it back. I heard all of the excuses, parts did not come in, wrong parts, no good people to hire ,moving people from Colorado, divorce on & on. I gave him $600 at 1st then another $400 to maybe get him going so never give money up front. Made at least 50 plus calls. He had a guy named Charles who answered the phone & did his best Sgt Schultz one could do. I thought I was getting it back in Aug so I got insurance to get it inspected with a new horn never got the horn and inspection was done in March 2019. I just got the bike and thought I would give him 2-3 months for someone to check it out, starter was giving some problems . He made a list which I never saw, or even did not get a recite he did a rewire which he did great no problem it looks good, except the wire to the new tail light was rubbing the tire, new battery, redid the placement of the battery good job there, new risers wanted them lower , new seat and springs welded on which it needed but will change out since I wanted more back support, a used sissy bar rust included, and different used pipes which were different than I asked for but can live with them and the sissy bar, he mention the rear wheel had a problem so he said he would do the front & back wheel and neck bearings but when I got it back no new seals, 3 hole oil change I will see when I will take the primary off but same filter it looks like, no cotter pin in rear wheel, rear fender was rubbing a groove around my tire due to having the fender missing a bolt and the other was lose so it dropped on the tire and the part time mechanic said they have been driving the bike around town for lunches, front cotter pins were rubbing a groove on brake disk maybe new chain BUT it was rubbing on the brake line so I put 2 zip ties on to fix it, after the 4 mile test ride had to tighten up the rear wheel adjusters since they came loose than the starter did not work. I plan to add new throttle cable since you can see the cable. I was willing to pay for all of this at the time but I just should have taken it to my local guy here in Austin and been on the road in a month or two. Although the final price was reasonable I am a fair guy the BS was not for the work he did or did not do just to get it home. He met me in North Austin to dropped off the bike since he was in town and he would not let me test drive the bike since he had to go somewhere we just backed up the trucks up to unload & started it up, So I was not happy and just felt like not even fixing it until the last week in June 2019 got it back in March 2019 after dropping it off in early Nov 2017 I took a video and pictures of the problems with dates on them the next day after getting it back. I have done QC work for years on PC boards so I am a detailed guy. So mark your filter, take pictures if you want to know what your bike looks like since you might not see it for a while.
