This was mine and wife’s first time being in this shop and let me say that Chris and Marshall are not only professional but they are hilarious, loads of fun, intelligent, and both have excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in the door I knew that we were all going to have an experience to remember. We could sense a great atmosphere as we walked through the door.These two young men were fast, and efficient and both paid attention to detail in everything from repairing the screen, to placing a new screen protector on the phone, to checking us out, all the way to cutting up from beginning to end.Highly recommend you go see Chris and Marshall for all your repair needs. Edit!: The owner of this business reached out to me personally and more than made up for the obvious shortcomings that occurred in my particular situation. He has also promised to address the situation that caused things to escalate to the point that they did. I’m more than happy with the resolution to my problem and I’m confident that the owner will address the issues that caused this situation. At the end of the day, I’m happy.Okay, I’ve been patient with Cellaris in Auburn but now I want to share my experience:Trip 1: After calling and confirming that my replacement phone screen was in, I took my phone to these folks, say in my vehicle for 3 hours, only to get a call saying that they thought they had the screen but didn’t. They had already removed the old screen so my phone is inoperable. Thank God I had an old backup phone or I’d be dead in the water. I was assured that my phone would be ready on Monday. THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY I picked up my phone and it had the WRONG SCREEN installed! They said they’d order another screen.I then waited 2 WEEKS for the replacement screen to come in again.Trip 2: Waited another hour, only to be told that the second screen was also too small and NOW THEY’VE BROKEN MY FINGERPRINT SENSOR!!!!DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!
