I travel 2,350 miles from Nicaragua with wife and childs. We camp and bathe at river in town of Uvalde of Texas. I meet kind hombre name Jacob. He give food, iPhone, Nike shoes and new clean ropa with shirts that say Biden. Jacob say he sell cars and I only be in USA 1 day and now I have big dodge 4×4 passenger van to go back for all other wives and me shilds. I love USA. Thank you Jacob.

Because of this stores reputation I trailered my Jeep 90 miles to have the airbag recall completed. Tommy’s team completed the work while I waited. They completed the repair without making me unload the Jeep from the trailer. I recommend this service department,

I regret my purchase. I felt stabbed in the back by the salesman and dealership. I went in to discuss purchase of a vehicle and stated I needed to keep my payments at about $250. The salesman ask if he could go just a bit over and I agreed. After he pulls my credit report THEN tells me they will only allow $500 for my trade in. The blue book trade in for my old vehicle in poor condition is $2500 and I had just that week put new tires on the front. I told him the tires were worth more than $500 so they raised it to $1000. He comes back with payments ranging from about $400 to $700 depending on down payment and length of loan. No where near my $250! I find out later the purchased vehicle has a Blue Book value of $12,000 and they sold it to me for $18,000. Then a week later I finally take a look at the paperwork and realize I need to make a list of questions to ask when buying a vehicle. Extra charges consists of:Tire & Wheel (??the $18,000 does not cover this) for $535.00, then Used Ultra at $3900.00 (what is this?) Then Gap Insurance at $637.00 (that is OK)……The total comes to $24,811.69 for a 2014 vehicle!!! Oh, and another extra charge of $299 for VIN etch!!! That equals $12,000 above the Blue Book Value!!! Beware people!!! If I could return this vehicle I certainly would ! The more I drive it the more I do not like it!!
