Their products and designs are great! However, their design services are really disappointing. At least, the designer I got. She did listen to all my requests, took three weeks and still hasn’t given me any response. No email response from her regarding designs. What a waste of my time! That three weeks ended at the start of January. I ended up buying what I liked and designed my own house.I expected more from CB2. It’s a shame because I would’ve bought more.

If you’re not sure your approach to designing your home, work with Holly. She is incredible! She’s patient and offers great insight to design and will do everything she can to make sure you walk of feeling that you got what you wanted.Only downside is that the store doesn’t carry a lot of inventory, so you’ll probably end up waiting to have your things delivered but it’s worth the wait.

We love their designs and products; but the services and logistics are horrible. We ordered $10K+ worth of furniture in November, today is Feb 22nd and they have not delivered even a single piece of furniture — unlike the original indication that we should expect a late December delivery for the first batch. I have talked to the store staff more frequently than some of my family members and I am yet to find one logical and compelling response. They schedule, they miss the delivery or cancel without even the courtesy of notifying us and everything starts again and the only person who is wasting time is the customer here. Needless to say, they have charged for the furniture and have received their funds — and that possibly exacerbate why they don’t/shouldn’t care. They staff members are polite; but it is often perceived that they lack common sense and empathy. I spoke with one today and mentioned I am quite frustrated with this service that I am on the verge of cancelling the order. Her response: I am more than happy to help you cancel the order. After 4 months of wasting our time… Really? It took us a while to design our furniture and put together what we need — but for the next opportunity and house, CB2 will not be among the contenders and will be the last store we might visit.
