If I could I would not give a single star. My husband bought water proof boots, turns out they were not. He ordered other boots from online since he was out of town at work, he needed them asap. When he went to the Brownsville store to return for a refund, they refused to refund money. They claimed that their refund policy is at manager’s discretion. They tried forcing him to exchange the product when he clearly stated he did not want a product from their store. My husband called corporate, after a heated discussion with the supervisor of Custer service they agreed on refunding him the money. When he went back to the store the cashier was still rude and refusing to refund the money. The employees at this store act as if the money were to be deducted from their pay. By the way he only dealt with managers.

This is the second time and none of the employees even looked at me. They ignored me the entire time. I said hello when I walked in and they looked away. I passed them multiple times and they didn’t even bother asking if I needed help.
