We had an amazing experience at Cavender’s Boot City today. They have 16 rows that are 25 feet long of men’s boots. The customer service was excellent. Jose helped us and my husband had a slight issue with the fit that he fixed. The value of not only the boots but other merchandise was very impressive. We ended up buying a hat, belts and a shirt as well. Wonderful variety and will come back again!

Am 64 years old. Bought Justin boots this year, Good quality but were Made in Mexico. I went in today to buy a Panama quality Stetson hat 10 x. Hat section looked like a flea market. Service was a joke
