While I’m happy with my purchase, I was not happy with the customer service. It’s great asking customers if they need help. But I found myself saying No thank you 10+ times while I was browsing. Then one women didn’t even ask if I wanted help, she just inserted herself into a conversation between me and my husband about boots. Which wouldn’t have been a problem except she stood there staring at me try on boots for a while. It was very uncomfortable. Do you think I’m stealing or do you want a sale that badly your willing to drive people away? I told my husband maybe to both and she snagged them up stating she’d put them at the register for me. I really wanted to just leave after that but my husband insisted. I felt so rushed and the experience was not ideal. Cashier also seemed very annoyed, just an over all bad experience. Perhaps the atmosphere was well ment, but it came off very hostile.
