This is one of the best shops in Woodstock.Really their prices are no higher than anywhere else which is rare for this town.It can seem a bit steep but that’s just the cost of good art supplies and not a reflection of the shop. As a matter of fact, this is the very first shop in Woodstock that I would go to grab something worth having when I had a few extra dollars in my pocket and just wanted something for myself.They have an absolutely incredible inventory in this shop. Everything you’ll need for just about any project can be found here. Also there are fun things tucked away throughout the place that will take you by surprise.While living at the monastery I would save up money for a month (I had almost no income!) in order to stop in and get myself a gift. Its really a fun place to check out.Their crown jewel I believe, is the printing department.Its giant and hands on with people who can do things for you or areas that you can use on your own and always someone there to help.They have a full range of printing needs, from the 10 cent copy that I emailed them and they had ready for me when I ran in panicking 5 minutes later (because my printer had failed and I needed to get to the post office!), to the big and glorious such as blown up art photos and mounting and framing.Yes there are all sorts of wonderful magical little shops all over Woodstock and unfortunately this extraordinary little place often gets overlooked. But it is magical really, you can walk around forever in Catskill Art Supply looking with wide child like eyes at all the wondrous items that one might dream about someday acquiring.Ii’m so thankful that we have this in Woodstock.

I love everyone here at Catskill Arts in Woodstock. Everyone is extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Catskill Arts in Woodstock to anyone looking to have their art printed or framed. They also have everything you would need for any kind of project you could think of.
