The store was clean and beautiful I shop at catos everywhere the last one was in cottonwood az I love the store but this florence store has a very cranky and not willing to help at all cashier she was rude and annoyed and I couldn’t hear here she wouldnt come help me she was annoywd that I asked about anything and when I explained that I couldn’t hear her because I’m hard of hearing and asked her to repeat she rolled her eyes
