I found a dress I really wanted online. I went to the Ozark store to buy it and they were sold out in my size. The sales person went above and beyond and called the Troy store and had them hold it for 24 hours for me. Then went to the Troy store, they had it ready and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great experience with really good customer service! Much appreciated!!
