The staff is helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to help you find the product you are looking for, whether it’s trash bags or tools! the machinist that was in the key cutting station the day my family and I went shopping at Cashway West Ace Hardware, Michael I believe was his name, was extremely helpful. I had gone to an Ace Hardware in Monahans and they had used an inverted blank key to cut a copy for my for the wellhead and pressure control shop I opened up. Long story even longer, my shop key only locks, not unlocks the door as well, like I need it to. The key cutter had this hardware explain to me why specifically what was the issue with the key it wasn’t the car or which side of the key machinist in Monahans cut it on, But the fact he used a key where the Belval and the indentation we’re on the opposite than it needed to be. It was very informative, helpful, and let me know that if the new key did not work, To bring in the original dorky and he would cut and copy it for me for free.
