I highly do not recommend this place! I got a 590 pay day loan and I’ve have been paying on it for a while! I have made payments in store and money will still be taken out of my account, then when I go to see what’s going on they tell me nothing came out! I have asked them multiple times if they are gonna call me for my reminder to do it in the afternoon. I work nights and sleep during the day. I had to tell them 4 times to call after 4:30. But they kept calling during the middle of the day and not just once but 2 call within 30 minutes. Now I’m having an issue with them telling me how many payments I have left. This is the third time now that I have asked how many payments I have left and yet again I get told 2. Seems like I have been stuck on 2 for about 2 months. My last payment is the day of Christmas, so let’s see if that’s actually true.

This place is a joke. I worked here for two months. The District Manager, Anita Perez is an even bigger joke. I reported a legit concern and was fired over it. Retaliation at its finest. I have hired a lawyer that deals with wrongful dismissal. The District Manager tells her whole district about her marriage/non-marriage (whatever it is) and talks about her and her son’s sexual life as if that’s a great office topic. Training when I started was non-existent hence me having to train myself along the way. The company could be great but with uneducated and unprofessional people in management positions will continue to hold the company back. We’re told to leave certain parts out of the contract when explaining it to customers. We’re also told to lie about the company not performing credit checks during the initial loan process when indeed the company does check with smaller credit reporting agencies. I’m just thankful I have an education to fall back on and this was a temporary job until I gave birth!

Chantelle has been awesome from both of my visits! The girls a the store are so nice and greet every customer. Never had a bad experience with these girls. I’ll gladly be back. They’ve really worked things out with me considering my limited income. They get anyone approved! Go check them out. I’ll definitely be back a third time!
