The selection experience was great. They have a great selection of tile and working with Dusty was great. The installation on the other hand wasn’t quite the same. For the most part flooring was installed well. There was some grout trouble where things got missed or didn’t get enough in there which is acceptable. The master shower on the other hand was done very sloppy. The floor was tiled crooked and came out with a 1/2 gap on one side. Tiles go from very small to large. Wall tilling was also off a bit leaving uneven gaps in places but not as bad as the floor. They said the builder didn’t make walls square so there is nothing they could do about it. Checked walls and they are square. Even if they where not, a good tile guy could always adjust spacing to come out right in the end. Sad to not even want to use a brand new shower that cost so much to tile because you can’t stand to look at it.

Lovely selection of tile and flooring, all very beautiful and high quality looking. BUT! They have no prices on anything…. What the heck kind of store doesn’t put prices on things? We’re not made out of money y’all, we need to know these things. I mean you could ask one of the assistants for a price on anything (they all seemed perfectly nice) but who wants to have to call an assistant over half a billion times just to be able to do your regular shopping.
