I was guaranteed a car, talked finances with a salesperson. and he was pleasant to talk to. he had me pay for insurance for the car and i went and got a loan for the down payment..and when I came in the man I talked to was rude, acted as though I was lying about my financial stability he talked me down, and even lied when he was talking on the phone saying I didn’t have bank statements. when I tried to correct him (several times I might add) to say that I do indeed have bank statements I was ignored. I have never been so insulted in my life. very unprofessional and insulting staff. rude to say the least. I do NOT recommend this place to anybody
