The staff is always friendly and clearly wants to make sure everything is top notch. I think the way they are handling the pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and the writing was legible and exactly how we wanted it.

The $2 poly tarps they hang are terrible. You cant see through them, the staff look befuddled that you are squinting to read the menu through a painters tarp. COVID has been around for 8 months, get some lexan people can see through and you can effectively clean. They need to get with the times.

I can get past the somewhat unfriendly staff, but I’ve tried them a number of times and found their thick shakes to be thinner than a typical Carvel shake and they often forget to add the usual whipped cream and cherry to the sundaes.
