We went there twice. First time, we did not have an appointment and there were no people waiting what so ever, but still they did not let us in. Second time, we made the appointment. This was one of the worst in-store experience we have ever had! This Asian sales representative did not even want to show us wedding bands, which we were searching for our wedding. She was very hasty and rude. She barely let us try wedding bands. I was confused. Wasn’t this her job to help us pick some wedding bands? This was a very annoying experience that I do not recommend to anyone. I sincerely hope automation will take these people’s jobs since they are super rude and mean.
