This place is the worst. Came here and was told that I would have to wait since they take appointments first. They said they would call me in a bit. Waited for 4 hours and I had to go back into the store for them to finally tell me that they won’t be able to take me and to make an appointment. Don’t go to this place without an appointment. I understand the need for safety protocol for Covid but when the store is empty and there are sales people sitting around doing nothing it makes no sense.

If you’re going to require appointments to even set foot inside then you should denote that more explicitly than on the very bottom of the Google listing in 8 font or in some way so that people don’t drive all the way to Manhassset just to be told they can’t come in. I don’t know if the policy is covid related or just Cartier being aristocratic but it definitely put a damper on our day shopping for wedding bands. The guy who opened the door just told us to call the number and come back, no mention of whether an appointment was open this afternoon or anything. No other store in the Americana refused walk ins from what we saw.

It was a terrible shopping. When I wanted to try on the wide version of the love bracelet, the male salesman said that the wide version of the love bracelet is not allowed to try on it. It was the first time I heard about it. Similarly, after payment, the sales said that the goods would arrive within 7-10 days, but no one called me to pick up the goods after 10 days. It’s terrible
