Best place I have found in town to shop for my baby. They always are stocked and have a big selection for great prices! They always have deals going on and the rewards program is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I don’t think I have ever walked in without being greeted! By far my favorite baby store!

Absolute worst customer service online and via customer service number. I will never order from them again. Did a call back which took almost an hr and called again before the call back and was on hold for an hr. Meanwhile talked to someone online who was absolutely not willing to help at all (Brea E). Where online it does say you have 45 min to change/add/or cancel an order. My last order wasnt delivered on time. Ordered a second order and realized I needed to add extra shipping (SAME DAY) and they were not only unwilling to take my extra money… but refused to help in anyway. Also told me…. if I needed expedited shipping that they weren’t willing to cancel my current order… but that I would have to go ahead and replace the order and pay for expedited shipping… and when the late order came in to return it to a store…. why on this earth would I pay for something twice when they cant even help me with a current order!!!!! WHY DO YOU EVEN PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CANT HELP YOU …….. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I literally dont care if you have great sales or whatever. I’ll never buy a penny from you guys because your customer service SUCKS. Same day order… all I wanted to do was add (at whatever cost) extra shipping to get my order sooner! BS company. You should be ashamed!!!!!
