Super friendly staff and helpful! I needed to purchase Spiderman items (t shirt, hoodie,etc) for my grandson and the staff was so helpful over the phone and offered to hold the items for me since there were only 2 t shirts left in the size I needed. When I arrived, I noticed immediately that I wasn’t ambushed at the door, the staff just greeted me with a friendly hello and let me browse before asking did I need help. After bringing the items on hold over to me I continued to shop and shortly was assisted by a very kind young lady who listened to what I needed and helped me search for the right size and item. Overall, I guess I spent $60, but saved quite a bit since both pairs of pants were half off and the T shirts were just $10ea. I’ll shop here again. My grandson’s Bday was the next day. The cashiers offered to gift box my purchase and thought to include a gift receipt with my purchase in case something didn’t fit. Now, that’s great customer service!

Just left the store and I’m disgusted with the behavior of the 2 women in there right now. They were kind when we first walked in, even offered help. But as we were almost ready to leave, I hear them telling the people who were leaving then “Bye! Have a great day”! But when we left, they said nothing. So I said it for them as we were walking out. I am not buying something from a store if I know my daughter won’t wear it. Did you not speak because of that? I will not be back to this store, unless I bring representatives from the NAACP with me.Disgusting!!!!
