The worst experience I ever had with online orders.Made order on April 24th.One week took them to send it and the delivery date were changed 3 times. Today’s May 5, on my order details it still says in transit.however, I came home at around 10pm, and guess what, found my package on the stairs case outside of the building. I live in three story apartment complex, with probably 60 apartments in total. It just insane. I have no clue how can somebody put it outside where anyone could stole it and I would never knew the package was actually delivered so at least I would go downstairs to look for it. 0 out of 0 for the serviceI can tell Carter’s is going down, service and quality of the clothes got way worst.
