I have shopped with Carter’s for a long time, for stuff for friends and family. Both in store and online. However my latest online experience has been unacceptable. Twice I placed the same order for which I waited for a week each time, only to have it cancelled without a good reason, with nothing but an email asking if I want to order again after the long wait. When I called to find out what was going on, I was advised that they could not verify the shipping address. No one tried to verify anything, I got no email, no call, nothing to indicate that they wanted to verify anything. And then the best they could offer was to send an email to their verification department to tell them to send the order I have been waiting on for the last 14 days, so I can wait 7 more days.. and that is the best they can do. Wow… Talk about service… Unacceptable disappointment. Someone needs to fix this issue.
