I normally don’t have anything bad to say about Carter’s Country. However the store off of 59 keep me on hold for over thirty minutes or at least till I got to the store. I walked in and people were laughing and talking having a good old time. I walked up to the counter and was instantly helpedif they would have answered they would have saved me a 45 minutes trip never again

Bought a Benelli M4 H2O from the 59 south location, was very happy until I take the gun apart during cleaning. The gun is supposed to be a H2O version with special coating (titanium color), instead, the entire bolt assembly and the entire piston assembly are all NON-H2O version( black color without the special coating). Very disappointed, paid for the top of the line premium price, but all the parts inside of the gun were replaced with lower grades parts. Be very careful when you make your purchase.
