I normally do not write reviews; but my experience was SO GOOD with CARSTAR Irvine, that I wanted to post. As stated in other reviews, the entire process was seamless! They coordinate well with rental car companies for drop-off/pick-up. Updates were shared via text throughout the repairs. The body work done to my vehicle looks perfect—-no cutting corners here! All was complete in a timely fashion! I really appreciated their attention to detail and to the customer. True professionals! Thank you CARSTAR!!

Gave estimate for repairs, ordered parts so everything was ready when I dropped off the car (to minimize time without car), and the car was washed and ready to go when they said.
