This place stole my carpets from my car. I trusted this shop to fix my body exterior damages, not to take my carpet from my car. My carpets were new. I didnt realize my carpets were missing until I was going to clean my car again(3weeks after) my car was given back to me. I called the shop several times to let them know that I never got my carpets back. Everytime i called they try to tell me that they didnt take them. However, LA Smith’s and sons had my car last. Where else would my carpets go? For anybody that is being recommended here please take your valuable things with you and always make sure to check for your carpets. This is really frustrating!! I’m never going to this shop again!! They should be held responsible for my carpets going missing! If anyone has question and suggestion please let me know what I should do and I can also answer questions.P.s. The carpets they took were from the back seat, and I didnt notice cause I have a black waterproof carpet on top of the original carpets that came with the car (they took my original carpets that came with the car) I dont go to the back seats, not unless I’m going to clean my car. So I wouldn’t have known if they were missing.
