I needed a pair of air check valves for a quick repair, they didn’t have any in-stock however, their inventory sytem showed them available at a nearby store (one of their competitors). They gave me the info for the other store and I was able to get the right parts right away. The Carquest employees were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to take care of the customer. My experience going to Carquest to find the auto parts that I needed for my 2006 Nissan Altima was outstanding the gentleman that helped me I knew exactly what I needed and I knew exactly what to look for when she helped me with the experience I had today which its May 3rd 2021 is the best experience I’ve had in an auto parts store ever I finally I found the parts store that I am going to be going to thank you Carquest Auto Parts headliner Auto Parts and the prices were outstanding I’m not going to any other auto parts store ever again. The gentleman in the middle at the front desk went way out of his way to locate 8 lug studs that I desperately needed to get my 16 ram.3500 back on the road… all other local auto part stores didn’t even have a part # for the lug studs and he was able to find me the 8 I needed after doing a lil research of his own… extremely pleased with his ability to go above and beyond to locate the parts I needed with out any part#… will be back for any other auto part related items
