I was broke down on the side of the road, visited once and the service was good, came back an hour later… at around noon, and they had a handwritten sign on the door saying temporarily closed. I went to the Napa nearby, got 4 of the 6 parts I needed, and came back to Carquest, by that time the employee was outside, I pleaded asking for help, told them my family was stranded, he said he already closed the register…. at noon, and he left. Thanks for nothing!

I just recently started using Carquest. And I’ve found them to be awesome and my new go to auto shop.The first time was buying paint for my vehicle. Jack is a wealth of information about paints. He explained everything and gave suggestions on the least expensive way to go.The second time was when I stripped my oil pan drain plug. Other auto shops needed to special order it.
