I dropped in at the store one day a couple of weeks ago and had a nice conversation with Alex. I learned some things and was eager to pick a carpet that I liked and go ahead. Since that first day I have not been able to reach him. I came back to the store, left a couple of messages during business hours and the last time I called the message said that the caller had not set up voice mail. I’m sure he’s busy, but that’s not the way to get my business. Disappointed to say the least!
